Music Supervisor/ Producer
As a young child Allison began her music career studying classical piano and participating in a cavalcade of school musical events. She then pursued being a DJ and concert promoter. Ever since, she has been involved with creative endeavors and fusing music to them.
While working in Chicago she coordinated production for smash video games like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Frogger, and the original Metal Gear Solid series at Konami. She then produced commercial music for clients like Sears, Quaker Oats, Helene Curtis, Miller Brewing and many others.
In 1996 she moved to Los Angeles and produced music and sound design for commercial campaigns with many composers such as Harry Gregson-Williams, Hans Zimmer, Roy Hay, Gavin Greenaway, John Powell, Jeff Rona for clients like Nike, Land Rover, Coca-Cola, Universal Studios. She then managed the busy Media Ventures' music editorial department on projects like Blade II, Wonderland, Live From Bagdad, Six Feet Under. She then worked with composer Klaus Badelt coordinating the film scores for Pirates of the Caribbean, The Recruit, Basic, K-19, and Ned Kelly.
It was only natural she try her hand at music supervising next. She recently completed work as Music Supervisor on the independent feature, The Oh In Ohio starring Danny DeVito, Parker Posey and Paul Rudd. This fall she teams with Brian Richards to music supervise Paul Soter's film, "Watching The Detectives" starring Lucy Liu and Cillian Murphy.
